Kemi is a partner, and heads  the Lagos office of Funmi Roberts and Co.

She began her legal career with one of the top tier law firms in Nigeria, where she gained considerable experience particularly in Corporate Finance; Power & Infrastructure;  Mergers & Acquisition; Investment Structuring; Corporate Restructuring, Regulatory and Compliance.

Kemi’s extensive experience obtains largely from over a decade of experience working with multinationals, federal and state governments, international banks, local banks and financial institutions on a diverse range of complex and novel  legal transactions.

She is well known for simplifying complex issues and delivering quick efficient service. Many of her clients look to her as a trusted advisor on all matters concerning their business, and rate her relationship management skills as first class.

Kemi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) , Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) , the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Financial Reporting Council (FRC), to name a few.
