Olanike Orolugbagbe B.A, MILR, BL, MCIArb(UK), AICMC.

Olanike obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Modern European Language from the University of Ibadan in 1993. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the same University.

Olanike’s stint at the Human Relations department of the First Bank of Nigeria Plc and her passion for dispute resolution prompted her to obtain her Law degree and she has worked with a number of notable law firms since her call to the Nigerian Bar over a decade and a half.

An Alumna of Nigeria’s Premier University, Olanike is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(UK) Nigerian Branch, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Arbitrators (Nigeria) amongst others. She enjoys travelling, reading and public speaking in her leisure time.
