• Advise the client or deliver written opinions on legal matters relating to its business (e,g. employment & HR laws, Intellectual Property, corporate restructuring etc or disputes;
• Drafting of complex multi-party contracts that our client is party to, such as joint ventures, joint operating agreements, production sharing, risk service and other field development agreements;
• Attend meetings with Regulators and such other agencies for the purpose of representing the company;
• If requested, supply full text of laws, court decisions, administrative rules and regulations upon specific request by our client;
• Provide periodic articles on relevant Industry topics that may impact our client’s business.
