FRC works with industry participants and partners, project sponsors, operators, contractors, suppliers, lenders and insurers, among others, to structure, negotiate, and document complex, challenging and novel oil and gas exploration, development, and production projects.

The energy and infrastructure practice team are led by one of our partners, Kemi Oladipo who spent close to a decade working at a top tier law firm in Lagos where she worked on various power and infrastructure related deals. Kemi brings all experience and knowledge garnered over the years to run the energy and infrastructure practice group of FRC.
