Bukola Haastrup Ashagidigbi LL.M, B.L, ACIArb., APNM, ACIS.

Bukola holds a Diploma in Law and Bachelors of Law degree (LL.B) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria. She also holds a Masters of Law degree (LL.M) from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom with focus on maritime and telecommunication law.

She has considerable practical experience in corporate and commercial  law, intellectual property, company secretarial, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Over the years, she has also being actively involved in corporate and commercial law practice in CAC-related transactions, business strategy and corporate governance, corporate restructuring, legal research, legal drafting, due diligence  as well as real estate and commercial litigation. She provides legal advisory services to startups on different areas of law and corporate governance, with a view to optimizing the potentials of their businesses.

A counsel with great leadership potentials, Bukola,  is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate of the Institute of Professional Negotiators and Mediators, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Shipping, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), where she currently serves as the assistant secretary for the Ibadan chapter of the Nigerian Branch of the Institute.
